Cypercity had sued incumbent operator TDC which controls the telephone network in the form of the copper wires. At the High Court, Cypercity argued that TDC should have abused its position by discriminating against Cybercity in a period during 2006/2007 by blocking for Cypercity's access to customers requiring both internet and broad band.
