Our services in the area of banking/finance law further include general advice to financial institutions and service providers, including advice concerning financial regulation and legal aspects of financial transactions. We advise a large number of banks and mortgage credit institutions, as well as other financial businesses. We have significant experience in establishing financial institutions and providing ongoing compliance advice.

The Banking/Finance area furthermore comprise all aspects of capital market and stock exchange law, including listing on exchanges and handling of contact to authorities, as well as to OMX or other exchanges, preparation and verification of prospectus and management of issues, including IPOs.
