Compliance, agreements, abuse of dominant position and merger control

Philip renders advice regarding all competition law issues to both undertakings and organisations and within both Danish law and Community law.

Our advising comprises competition law issues relating to distributor agreements, licence agreements, agency agreements and exclusive dealing agreements. In addition we represent a large number of clients in parallel import cases.

We also focus on rendering advice in connection with compliance programmes, including the preparation of guidelines for proper and responsible conduct and assistance in connection with inspections and investigations as required by competition law.

Furthermore we have expertise in handling matters about merger control both when arranged by the Danish Competition Authority and by the EU Commission. Our services comprise the coordination of the collection of documentation, preparation of the notification, management of the administrative procedures, participation in possible negotiations with the authorities.
