One of Philip's areas of focus is energy law, and the firm advises on all aspects of energy law, in particular to energy companies within electricity, oil, gas and renewable energy.

We provide advice on all legal issues within the electricity industry, including production and distribution. We have significant expertise concerning regulatory matters. We advise a number of clients concerning trade with energy and quotas through OTC-agreements as well as with respect to trades on Nord Pool or other relevant market places.

We have major experience concerning exploration and sale of oil and gas, and advice a number of license holders on the Danish continental shelf. We assist with the application procedure, satisfaction of public requirements and drafting of agreements.

We also provide advice on renewable energy in Denmark and abroad.  We inter alia advise on development of and investment in wind parks and provide ongoing advice concerning operation and maintenance of wind mills.

As part of the business area Energy, we provide advice on the purchase and sale of all types of energy companies, and we handle all relevant aspects in connection with such sales.
