We provide advice concerning all kind of IPRs, including trade marks, copyrights, designs, patents and domain names. We advice in relation to the drafting and negotiation of license and other IPR agreements, registration and maintenance of rights and in infringement cases.

We advice on all IT law aspects, including development and license agreements, purchase of IT systems, E-trade and law and telecommunications. We provide advice to a large number of Danish and international hardware and software producers, consultancy firms, Internet service providers, telecom operators and other businesses concerning IT agreements and other aspects of IT law.
