We have particularly extensive experience in conducting application and complaint cases against public authorities in relation to expropriation of real estate. Before the handing in of applications or complaints for our clients, we determine an application or complaint strategy with regard to the public authority and estimate the possibility of achieving acceptance in the administrative system. We also assist with any subsequent court proceedings, if the administrative process does not provide the desired result.
In all cases, Philip continuously investigates whether the administrative acts and decisions of the public authorities have the necessary authority in law, and if rules of good administration practice and good case handling practice have been complied with. Thus, we often represent our clients in complaint cases at the parliamentary ombudsman as well as the ministries, when rules are not complied with.
