PHILIP

Kirsten Reimers-Lund is specialised within the areas of civil law, family law and law of wills and succession, and has previously been the chairman of the family law committee of the General Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society. Furthermore, she has been in the committee of the law of wills and succession, which provided the report that has formed the basis of the Danish law of will and succession of the 1st of January 2008. At the moment, Kirsten Reimers-Lund is a member of the committee of division of matrimonial property, which has been established for the purpose of modernising the rules for division of matrimonial property. For a number of years, she has taught lawyers and judges within the law of wills and succession and family law. Kirsten Reimers-Lund has entered into an office sharing agreement with Philip.
