Jesper Rothe is primarily occupied with mergers and acquisitions in all sizes and has participated in important transactions in numerous areas of business. Jesper is also focused on competition, energy, copyright and general corporate law.
He is chairman in or member of a long list of boards of executives in Denmark and abroad, and is also chairman in or member of corporate and charitable organizations. He is, furthermore, administrator and juridical advisor for the Danish Academy.
Education: 
Diploma EC Competition Law from King's College, London in 1998.
Master of laws from the University of Copenhagen in 1981.
