Richard Sand is highly specialised in company law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. For more than 20 years Richard Sand has served as board member or chairman in a large number of foundations and listed as well as unlisted companies in Denmark. His strong involvement in Danish corporate life has over the past four years placed him on the top 10 list of Denmark’s most influential chairmen in large Danish companies, published by the prominent Danish business newspaper, “Børsen”. In addition to his specialisation in company law, Richard Sand is one of the leading attorneys in Denmark in the field of estate planning and trust law.
